Hewendon Mill

What a lovely place to stay.

We're in Yorkshire for the next two weeks, we're staying in this lovely cottage - part of the Hewendon Mill estate, a cotton mill built in the 1,700's.

Ideally placed in the heart of heritage-rich Bronte country, nestled deep within a tranquil and secluded valley. Hewenden Mill’s self-catering accommodation offers the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Set within 11 acres of ancient woodlands, the holiday cottages, apartments, and town houses have been lovingly converted from a Grade II listed, 18th century cotton mill complex, creating a unique rural retreat.

Externally the accommodation speaks of Yorkshire’s impressive industrial heritage, echoing the drama of nearby Salts Mill, yet the beautiful accommodation that lies within, is wonderfully clean, contemporary, and incredibly comfortable.

If ever you plan to come up this way, we would highly recommend it.
